Privacy policy

Infinite Windows LLC is a hurricane-impact window, door, and architectural glass fabrication company based in Doral, Florida. We operate under the general contractor license held by Infinite Builders LLC (CGC1514304). This policy covers infinitewindows.com and any associated client portals we operate.

We only collect information that helps us do our job. Specifically:

• Contact details you give us — name, email, phone, project address, role (homeowner, architect, GC, developer), timeline, and whatever scope information you share on a contact form or with Atlas, our studio assistant.
• Usage data — anonymized analytics about which pages you visit, how long, and which links you follow. No personally identifying information is attached to this by default.
• Client project data — if you become a client, we maintain records of your project scope, documents, communications, invoices, and maintenance visits in our internal systems. This is kept for the lifetime of your installation.

Three purposes, always:

• To respond to your inquiry and deliver the project you've engaged us for.
• To send you relevant project updates, warranty compliance documents, and service reminders related to work we've done for you.
• To improve the site and our service operations, using aggregated analytics.

We do not sell your information. We do not add you to marketing lists without explicit opt-in. We do not share it with third parties except as required to deliver your project (architects, GCs, and manufacturers on your own job), or as required by law.

When you interact with Atlas, our AI studio assistant, your conversation is sent to Anthropic's Claude API and processed under Anthropic's data policies. We store the transcript in our own systems so our team can follow up accurately. Atlas does not have access to your payment information, warranty documents, or internal project records unless you explicitly share them in the chat.

The site uses first-party cookies for session handling and, if you consent, anonymized third-party analytics (no cross-site tracking, no ad networks). You can disable cookies at the browser level without breaking anything essential on the site.

Inquiry data (contact form submissions, Atlas chats from people who don't become clients) is retained for 24 months, then deleted. Client project records are retained for the lifetime of your installation plus 10 years, because warranty, insurance, and legal claims can arise long after a project is complete.

You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing privacy@infinitewindows.email. We'll respond within 30 days. Deletion requests for active client records may be partially denied where retention is legally or contractually required (warranty compliance, insurance, etc.); we'll explain what we can and can't delete.

Client data lives in encrypted databases with access controlled by named employee accounts. All administrative access requires two-factor authentication. Our operations security agent, Maximus, monitors for anomalous access patterns continuously. We have never had a data breach; if we ever do, we'll notify affected clients within 72 hours and regulators as required by law.

If we update this policy materially, we'll post the new version here and update the "Last updated" date above. Substantial changes will also be emailed to active clients.
