Terms of service

By using infinitewindows.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Site. These Terms govern your use of the Site, our AI studio assistant Atlas, contact forms, and any client-facing portals we operate. If you engage us for project work, that engagement is governed by a separate signed contract that takes precedence over these Terms.

You may browse, download publicly available resources, and submit inquiries. You may not:

• Use the Site to harvest contact information, spam, or send automated requests at scale.
• Attempt to bypass security features, exploit vulnerabilities, or access systems without authorization.
• Reproduce project photography, client logos, or copyrighted written material for commercial purposes without written permission.

Any estimates, project reviews, or ballpark figures shared through the Site, by email, or through Atlas are non-binding indications only. A project becomes a project when it's covered by a signed contract that specifies scope, price, schedule, and warranty terms. Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer to enter into a binding contract; offers are only made in signed writing.

Atlas is powered by Anthropic's Claude API. Its responses are generated by a language model and are informational, not contractual. Atlas can make mistakes — verify important information (dimensions, NOA numbers, lead times, pricing) with a human on our team before making decisions. Conversations with Atlas are logged for quality and training.

Project photographs, architect and builder credits, and case studies on the Site are used with permission from the relevant property owners, architects, developers, or builders. If you see content here that you believe should be removed or credited differently, contact us at laura@infinitewindows.email and we'll respond promptly.

Spec sheets, NOA documents, CAD details, and installation guides made available through the Architects resource library are the intellectual property of their respective manufacturers and/or Infinite Windows. They are provided to licensed architects, designers, and contractors for project specification. Don't redistribute, repackage, or sell them.

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We make commercial warranties on our installed projects — those warranties are documented in your signed contract. Nothing on the Site creates or extends a product or project warranty.

To the extent permitted by law, Infinite Windows LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site — including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Our total liability arising from use of the Site (excluding signed project contracts) is limited to USD $100. For project-specific claims, liability is governed by your signed contract.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, and any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version here. Material changes will be flagged with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after a revision constitutes acceptance.
